Project Estimates and Payments
All quotations and estimates provided by Mobile Kitchen Design are based on the client’s initial requirements and design discussions. Final pricing may vary depending on material changes, site conditions, or design alterations requested after confirmation. Clients are required to make payments as per the agreed milestones or schedule. Delays in payment may result in temporary suspension of work or additional administrative charges. Advance payments made are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
Site Conditions and Responsibilities
The client must ensure that the site is accessible, clean, and safe for installation and related work. Any delays or issues caused due to incomplete civil work, electrical, or plumbing arrangements beyond our scope may lead to project timeline extensions. We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre existing site conditions, improper maintenance, or external contractor work.
Intellectual Property
All visual assets, designs, layouts, and creative concepts shared by our team remain the intellectual property of Mobile Kitchen Design unless otherwise transferred in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of our proprietary content for commercial gain is strictly prohibited. Clients may use project deliverables solely for personal use related to their property.
Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in ensuring timely and quality delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as supplier delays, transportation issues, or unforeseen site challenges. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project execution or product usage. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.
Warranty and Service Guarantee
We offer a limited warranty on specific materials and workmanship for a defined period post completion. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects or installation related issues under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damages due to mishandling, exposure to moisture, improper cleaning, pest infestation, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, clients must provide a valid invoice and photographs of the issue for assessment.
Third Party Products and Services
In certain cases, we may recommend or use third party suppliers or vendors for materials, appliances, or accessories. While we ensure quality partnerships, Mobile Kitchen Design is not responsible for warranty claims, defects, or delays associated with third-party products. Clients must refer directly to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy for such items.
Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the project agreement by providing written notice. However, if the client terminates after design or procurement has begun, payments for completed work and procured materials will remain non refundable. In cases where Mobile Kitchen Design terminates due to non payment or client non-cooperation, all completed design rights remain our property.
